Elimination of thermal bridges: Construction avoids "thermal bridges," which are weak points in the building envelope that can cause heat to escape or enter.

Our Energy Recovery Ventilation (ERV) system, paired with the airtight CLT envelope, ensures unmatched indoor air quality — fresh, filtered, and always balanced. The result is a home that feels restorative.

By continuously exchanging stale indoor air with fresh outdoor air, the ERV maintains ideal humidity and temperature while recovering up to 90% of the home’s heat energy. Outfitted with optional MERV 13 filtration, the system removes fine particles, allergens, and pollutants, delivering air quality that rivals the cleanest mountain breeze outside.
